We may offer a free welcome gift, free trial, promotional access, or discount periods so you can try DuoNiche before your first payment.

After your subscription starts, payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law or by the rules of the payment platform.

If you purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests are handled by Apple or Google. If you purchased through Telegram, Polar.sh, or another payment provider, the refund process may be handled by that provider.

If you believe a charge was made in error or have concerns, contact us at support@duoniche.com or via the Telegram support bot.

Promotional Terms

A promotional discount may be available during a welcome gift, trial, or other limited promotional period.

Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers apply only to your first eligible subscription and cannot be combined with other promotions.

We may change or withdraw promotional offers at any time, subject to applicable law and platform rules.
